This is all just a guess.

These lists are a “spaghetti on the wall” first attempt to see if this way of thinking about churches and faith gatherings even fits. Not all churches are represented in these lists. Some churches fit in more than one list. Let’s keep changing these themes, models, and starter lists until it better fits reality. -mkk
