    • Focus examples include:
      • Needed Community Services
        (medical, food, job training, day care) 
      • Member Discipleship
        (studies, formation workships, worship)
      • Christian Outreach
        (eccumenical choir, joint missional work, prison ministries)
      • Catalyst Congregation
        (community and eccumenical cooperative use of space and resources in areas of missional alignment; “Where can we add our fuel to this righteous and faithful fire?”)
      • Other Strategic Focus 
    • Name our Current Ministry Strategy (intended or not)
    • Financial Implications
  • Presentation 2: Matching Our Gifts & Community Need

Discussion

  • Possible Ways Forward for Ministry
    (We will not be arriving at any conclusions. This is a chance to speak aloud every possibility and wonder about what choices might be both financially responsible and missionally aligned, even if they sound crazy.)

  • Establish a Ministry Working Group with Clear Tasks and Deadlines
    • Working Group Goal is to Take Us 25-30 Years into the Future
    • Review and Update (if needed) Current Ministry Strategy
    • Establish Pilot Ministry Process
