Listening Goals

1. Listen to understand local church gifts and challenges
2. Listen to local churches in order to validate and improve our models (themes/archetypes) that we are using to build out relevant resource packages.
3. Listen to local churches in order to document the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to continuance for several churches in each of our core archetypes.
